Bowling keepers for real

I had a post on bowling keepers few months back, it was meant to be very rare. Ms Dhoni however has different plans, Mahi is all set to hold the ball in the second session of play on day-2 at Lord's. Running a seamer short, Dhoni was seen rolling the arm in the practice session ahead of day's play. Dravid too was engaged in keeping drills and it did arise curiosity in media personnel and England camp.
Play resumes and guess what? Mahi holding the ball and setting the field with Sachin Tendulkar. Dravid had a pleasant smile on his face while he occupied the spot he held for so many years in the Indian team. Dhoni bowled a sharp in-swinging short of a good length delivery and rapped Pieterson on the pads. A ordinary first over was signs of things to come. Over-2, first ball Pieterson plays and miss. Loud appeal for caught behind and team India gets a nod from Billy Bowden. Pieterson from the word go was confident and used the review successfully.
