Champions battle it out

The top two league teams of major one day cricketing nations battle it out for the coveted champions league t-20 title in its second edition in South Africa .The tournament was first played on Indian soil where New Southwales bagged thee title. Considered to be brain child of Lalit Modi and BCCI president Champions league T-20 was a huge success in the first season , the second season awaits better cricketing action as the best in the business battle it out.
Format of battling club teams not only encourages first class cricket in respective countries but also groom the youngsters to serve the country better. Players like K.Pollard and A.Mcdonalnd benefited the most previous year as both were given a break in the national side .Trinidad n Tobago’s all rounder pollard was also bid the most in IPL-III .Indian clubs did not show much promise as they were shown early doors from the competition .Srilanka’s Wayamba XI showed promise yet failed to make through .The under dog of the tournament Trinidad and Tobago came all guns blazing as the team was the runner up courtesy brilliant perfomance by all rounder K.Pollard.South African pitches support the bowlers as seen in T20 world cup , so one may consider Indian teams on the backfoot . But with Sachin leading Mumbai Indians one can not rule all the odds against him , whereas both CSK and RCB are equally good sides . The second edition indeed will be a run feast full of promise and enthusiasm
